An ORHS graduate, Cheryl Scappaticci has a Bachelor of Arts degree in both voice and flute, and a Master’s degree in Music Therapy. She has studied voice ( opera and musical theatre) in Colorado, the New York City area, and with Sarah Searle in Knoxville.  She has taught voice and flute at Music Arts, Inc. for 18 years, as well as in New York,  Michigan, Colorado, and Kentucky. A coloratura soprano, Cheryl has performed in several operas and oratorios. Locally. she has performed in the Knoxville Opera Chorus, Oak Ridge Playhouse, several ORCMA Coffee Concerts and Oak Ridge Chorus.
